Project Finance

Our services include:

Review of the Project, encompassing compliance (who is involved ie “sponsor”, project partners, equity/debt structures), who are the Financial Advisors, position of any feasibility study

If applicable, ACS being engaged to provide:

• Analysis of what needs to be put in place to achieve “financial closure”

• Introductions to relevant Equity and/or Debt providing institutions

• Contract default and Political Risk etc insurance placements

• Securitisation of assets (ie Contracts) structuring with applicable financial institution

• Construction and operational insurance placement
