Property

Using our range of contacts, ACS is currently involved as an introducer in putting Network Partners together where the mutual goal is a “Developer Take Out” in respect of specific Residential and Commercial projects.

Commodities

Due to our long term experience in the Energy Sector and knowledge of some of the parties involved, we have a network of good connections including our Fuel Distribution Client who can mutually benefit our introductions.

Currently we have effected introductions involving:

Crude oil of various types

Refined products

LNG

LPG

Coal

We are also currently working on a strategic partnership structure between a large coal mine owning client and a buyer, where a new type of “Royalty” in exchange for investment in the mine is one of the goals. The latter investment allows coal to be extracted more efficiently and at a lower cost base, so all sides are aligned.
